Return & Refund Policy.

Every piece is created with care and intention. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of Catie’s work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@catieradney.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and work together to find a resolution. All packages are insured.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
